I was born and raised in Prescott, my family got our first dog when I was just a baby. I was given a puppy when I was 12 years old and was expected to care and train him by myself. I have loved animals all my life and I have spent my entire life caring for animals. I have had puppies and elderly dogs and I have cared for dogs that are reactive with people and other animals. I lived in Oregon where I worked at a doggie daycare and boarding facility for 2 years. I worked at a humane society on Prescott working with the behavioral cases and hard to adopt dogs. I pride myself on quickly being able to read dogs body language to understand if a dog is stressed or unhappy in a situation. We live in Chino Valley with a fenced in yard. We have a half acre, separated fenced in yard to get all their energy out. We love hiking in the Prescott national Forest and going on walks around the neighborhood.

Carly stepped in when my original sitter fell through and made the process so stress free. My boys absolutely loved her house and yard and came home exhausted and happy!

She responded quickly and stepped in on short notice when our original sitter fell through — something we appreciated so much. Our pups adore her, and it’s easy to see why. Carly was great from the moment Walter arrived he must have felt at ease and welcomed. We said our goodbyes and began to walk away. Walter turned away from us and walked back into the amazing open backyard. We plan to book Carly again.
Carly and her boyfriend Keith took fantastic care of my young, high energy dog. They were extremely accommodating to my ever-changing plans, and kept us updated everyday. Schedule
I have a young daughter who loves being around animals and she likes to help with the dogs boarding with us anyway she can but will keep her distance is dogs aren't too sure about her. I work from home so I am home most of the time.

I have multiple yards fenced in and 2 dogs. My dogs are kept separate from the dogs I am watching. I have a climate controlled garage with a large kennel for dogs boarding with us. They are let out multiple times a day to go to the bathroom and to socialize. We have an additional separate yard that is about 1/2 an acre to throw a ball and get all their energy out!

A typical day
We are a short drive from Granite Mountain and love hiking in the area. We have a separate fenced in yard for the dogs to chase the ball and get some of their extra energy out.
