We can’t say enough amazing things about Carly! She took fantastic care of our German Shepherd, Ruby, while we were away. Ruby can be a bit hesitant with new people, but Carly was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind. She took the time to build trust, and it wasn’t long before Ruby completely warmed up to her. Carly made sure Ruby was well-fed, sticking closely to her routine, and always kept us updated so we knew she was in great hands. She even cleaned up a little oopsy accident in the house without hesitation, handling it with total grace and compassion. What touched us most was how affectionate and loving she was with Ruby, sharing cuddles, giving her attention, and making sure she felt safe and cared for the entire time. It was clear Ruby was not just looked after, but loved. We came home to a happy, relaxed pup, and we are beyond grateful.
