Carly was great - my 2 dogs quickly became obsessed with her and she really seemed to enjoy them and took great care of them. She was great about sending me regular updates and photos, which I loved receiving. She was very respectful of my home and left it very tidy. I will definitely be using her again.
Excellent as always! This is our 3rd time having Carly take care of Queso, and she is always attentive to his needs, is communicative, and an excellent house guest. Highly recommend.
This our second time Carly has taken care of our Queso, and we feel very fortunate to have such a considerate person with our boy. Carly is a phenomenal communicator and her natural way with animals gives us so much peace of mind when we are away. We will definitely be using we her services again!
I get that holiday bookings can be hard to come by and expensive, but it's nice finding someone. However, I found her unreliable. She showed up on the wrong day (we gave her the keys two days ahead of time because we were busy the day before). She had to be reminded twice to visit my cats. When she did show up, she was at least an hour and a half late in the mornings. If I set a time for 8:30, that means please show up between 8:00 and 9:00, not after 10:00. Past cat sitters have left us multiple photos, but she only took two or three, tops. However, our home and cats were in good shape when we came home, and she did leave the keys where we asked. I doubt I'll use her services again.
Carly was phenomenal! Our dog Queso is very anxious around new people, and Carly demonstrated from the get-go her ability and willingness to give him time to warm up. In no time, they were fast friends, and many pics of belly rubs and walking adventures kept our family feeling at ease while we were away for the holidays. Carly was hyper responsive and a spotless house guest. This, combined with her natural ability to put our dog at ease, makes Carly our favorite caretaker for Queso. We will definitely use her services in the future!
Carly watched our dog while we went away for the weekend. We came back to a happy and healthy dog :-) Carly communicated with us the whole trip and provided pictures of our dog while we were away! We look forward to booking Carly again knowing our dog will be in safe and caring hands.
