A typical day
If weather is not too hot a nice walk around the local park and new neighborhoods to stimulate senses which is great for tiring out a dog! Some training outside and things like fetch/flirt pole if it’s a high energy breed.

I’ve always grown up with dogs and have rescued a couple that have found loving homes. As an IT professional who sits at a computer for long hours, having a chance to walk and engage with pets is something therapeutic for me. I have extensive experience primarily with herding breeds (Border Collies) as they have been the most fun and challenging to work with. In general as a high energy individual, high energy breeds are not a problem for me. :)
