My goal is simple: when you pick up your pet at the end of their stay, they will come back feeling like they just had a little holiday — happy, energised, and full of love. Growing up, pets were always part of daily life. Dogs, rabbits, and birds were family, not just pets. This early connection shaped the way I see and care for animals today, with patience, respect, and genuine attention to who they are as individuals. For over 13 years, I shared my life with Spike, my dog back in Brazil. He taught me something no course ever could: that every animal has its own rhythm, its own language, and its own way of asking for comfort. Caring for him from puppyhood through adulthood and into his senior years gave me a deep understanding of what dogs truly need at every stage of life. I am also fortunate to have veterinary guidance within my family, which gives me an added layer of awareness when it comes to health, behaviour changes, and overall wellbeing, something I find especially valuable when caring for anxious, reactive, or special needs pets. Since moving to Sweden, that same approach has guided me through caring for dogs of all sizes, energy levels, and temperaments. I feel completely comfortable with animals that need a little extra time to settle in, and I always let them set the pace. I do not see pet care as a job. It is something I truly love, and your pet will feel that from the very first moment.

5 stjärnor är inte nog för det fina omhändertagandet av Kurage och Buddah! Allt, och då menar vi precis allt som gjorts för våra hundar gjordes med kärlek och professionalitet och mer därtill! Under vår resa fick vi uppdateringar flera gånger om dagen med bilder och information, vilket gjorde att vi kände oss trygga och kunde koppla av på semestern. Rekommenderas varmt!! 🐾♥️🐾
Matcha was very excited to see Carlos after a long pause between our visits! As usual, she spent a wonderful day in his care and was in a happy and relaxed state upon pick-up. I greatly appreciate all the effort that Carlos puts into providing detailed updates and photos over the course of her stay.
Vi är så otroligt nöjda med Carlos och Maicon som tog hand om vår hund Igor under tre dagar! Från första stund kändes det tryggt och genuint, och det märktes verkligen att de tycker om hundar och är vana vid att ta hand om dem. Igor trivdes jättebra hos dem och fick både mycket uppmärksamhet, omsorg och aktivitet. Vi uppskattade särskilt alla uppdateringar och bilder vi fick under dagarna – det gjorde att vi kunde slappna av och känna oss helt trygga med att Igor hade det bra. När vi hämtade honom märktes det tydligt att han hade haft det toppen. Han var lugn, glad och väldigt trygg med både Carlos och Maicon. Det säger egentligen allt! Vi kan varmt rekommendera Carlos och Maicon till alla som söker pålitliga, omtänksamma och fantastiska hundvakter! Vi kommer definitivt att fråga dem igen nästa gång vi behöver hjälp med Igor.

I’ve created a calm, clean and welcoming home where pets can feel safe, relaxed and comfortable. I always keep fresh water available, maintain a tidy and safe environment, and create a peaceful atmosphere where animals quickly feel at ease. Pets are welcome on the sofa and on the bed, and comfort is always a priority. One of my favourite things about living in Södertälje is how close we are to nature. Just a few minutes from my home, there are beautiful forests, open green areas, and even a lake, perfect for long walks, exploration, and helping dogs safely release their energy in a calm and enriching environment. Toilet breaks happen every 2 to 4 hours, and I always follow the feeding routine and habits you provide. Consistency is essential, and it is one of the simplest ways to help a pet feel secure in a new environment.
A typical day
Each day starts with a morning walk, fresh air, a chance to stretch, and a calm way to begin the day feeling relaxed and happy. From there, I follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible. Meals at the right times, regular walks, playtime, and plenty of calm companionship. I truly enjoy simply being present with animals, sometimes the best care is just sitting together quietly. Throughout the day, I send photo updates and short messages so you always know how things are going. You will see your pet relaxed, happy, and well cared for, and that peace of mind matters to me just as much as it does to you. In the evening, we wind down together. I make sure your pet is comfortable and settled before bedtime, and I am always attentive to any changes in mood or behaviour. If anything seems off, you will be informed immediately.
