I would highly recommend the services of Carlos and Francesca for anyone seeking exceptional care for their dog. From the moment we dropped Bailey off this morning, we were warmly welcomed into their lovely home, which immediately put us at ease. They carefully followed all of our instructions and clearly treated Bailey with kindness, attention, and genuine care. It’s clear they are animal lovers and are knowledgeable about dogs. We especially appreciated the thoughtful photo and video updates throughout his stay, showing his playtime and outdoor walks. It was clear they took great care to ensure Bailey’s comfort, safety, and individual needs were always a priority. We will definitely be booking their services again very soon. 🐾❤️
Carlos was really great with Stevie! Sent on loads of pics letting us know how he was getting on! Would highly recommend giving Carlos a call if you need your dog looked after!
Rupert was really well minded when he was with Carlos and Francesca. I got plenty of videos and in each one Rupert was wagging his tail, he had a great time and was treated like part of the family. Will use again
Carlos is a lovely, warm person who took excellent care of our two dogs over a long weekend. Ollie and Jimmy had a great time with Carlos and got lots of attention and cuddles. Carlos was so helpul in organizing things. We also got lots of updates and would not hestiate to use Carlos again! :)
Carlos & Francesca were great with our Ted. He had a great time and they were so good with him. Carlos sent plenty of updates and photos so we felt we could really relax away as he was in such good care. Paul & Suz
