I did not want to leave a bad review, but unfortunately, I don't want anyone else to run into any issues when looking for a reliability sitter in this site. Our introduction, and during the stay, seemed to go well. The sitter was pleasant and seemed to not raise any red flags. He even sent a picture and video during my dog's stay. However, upon pick is where my concerns began. This sitter contacted me the morning of pickup to confirm if the pick up time was 12 noon or 12 midnight. I confirmed the time was correct in my reservation and informed when I will arrive to pick up my dog. Unfortunately, there was a medical concern at the time of my scheduled arrival and the sitter was unavailable upon the time of pick up. Though, the sitter informed me that his girlfriend will be available for me to pick up my dog. Once I arrived, no one was home. I tried knocking on multiple doors and giving time for someone to answer the door, I reached back out to the sitter. At that point I was notified that his girlfriend had left the house to pick up him. I then waited for another 20+ minutes for their arrival. Once they arrived and handed my items back, I was informed that they did not have my leash and collar and they were not able to return them until the girlfriend's parents returned to their house, but they didn't know when that would be. They stated they would contact me when they have my items to return them. When I returned home, I realized that only half the food was used to feed my dog. I always provide enough food for each day and I provide one extra scoop of food just in case the size of pours differs. It has been over two weeks since we last spoke. The sitter is still not responding to my texts on the status of the leash and collar. Customer support is not willing to reimburse me for my missing items or the unsatisfied experience. I will look for dog sitters elsewhere in the future.

Highly recommend Carlos! He took such great care of our old girl Terri. She’s pooped out and sleeping right now. Carlos kept us updated and took her for many walks. She was spoiled. 10/10 we will be using Carlos services again!
