Growing up around animals instilled a belief in me that pets are like family, and that belief led me to adopting my first dog, Hazel. More than a decade, another dog, and two cats later, that belief has only grown. Hazel has medical conditions that require medication through pills and injection, and she previously used a wheelchair, so I have experience with pets that need an extra touch of love. My partner's sister trains dogs professionally, and I've learned how to care for pets of all temperaments through her guidance. I am happy to keep up all your pets' schedules and help with training, so long as proper guidance is provided beforehand (I'll probably ask you about this, too!) A few notes about services: • I prefer a meet and greet before any bookings, but will only charge a drop-in rate should the meet and greet require more detailed guidance, such as medication schedules or training plans. • If you book house sitting I will be at the home for the majority of the time booked, but I may come and go as I please to run errands, grab food, e.g., and your pet(s) will never be left longer than recommended. • Drop-ins don't include walks, but do include playtime, enrichment (if left by paw parents), feeds, and litter box care. Need anything else? Just ask! • Should weather impact a scheduled walk, I am happy to swap for a standard drop-in visit, at no charge to the client, to provide enrichment despite weather. These conversations will happen day of, pending weather conditions. Finally, I consider myself a safe space and believe in equity for all. If you have any questions, ask away!
