I fell in love with cats when I began fostering them as an adult. I eventually found one that I just couldn't give up, so I adopted him and he's been with me for 10 years. On Rover, I specialize in drop-in care for cats in the East End of Portland. I love working locally within my own neighborhood, because it creates time for walking or a bike ride, which is a fun bonus on top of meeting new cat friends! I’m happy to visit with them on their terms, handle litter, meds, and all kinds of feeding needs. If you’re just looking for a quick check-in (especially if you have a shy cat who doesn’t love strangers!) let me know and we can discuss an “express visit” at a lower rate.

Carlie was great! During our meet and greet she took notes which I deeply appreciated. I requested pictures every check in, and Carlie absolutely delivered! She was responsive and easy to communicate with. Benji (cat) liked her as well! We came back to a happy cat, well fed, and a clean litter box. Would happily book again.

Schedule
I work full-time with a hybrid schedule, which means I can nearly always schedule visits if timing is flexible. Of course, I understand that many cats have specific routines and I always want to honour that. So, before accepting a booking, I’ll confirm expectations around timing to ensure I can care for your pet in the ways that it needs.
