We have 2 different fenced areas behind the house - one small with doggy door, the other full yard size. Plus we have unfenced acreage beyond that which our dogs are invisible fence trained on, is good for leashed exercise for untrained dogs

A typical day
Daily walks, ball play, couch snuggles, chew toys- can be accommodating to all needs and levels of activity- large open living space makes easy play indoors as well as out.

Pet care experience
Caring patient pet lover with life long history of living with and caring for dogs. Experience with cats as well. Have studied and worked in behavior therapy field in past (not offering as a service now, but am knowledgeable of techniques). Have a loving and playful boston terrier cross at home that loves company and snuggles. Slow, guided introductions are important for both myself and my pup- safety, security and fun is key! Crate training (or at least familiarity with ex-pen gating) is important for overnight stays as I may have to step out for short periods and dont feel comfortable leaving unbonded dogs alone together without supervision! I run a small business from my home and set my own works hours so I am extremely flexible. Open and honest communication is very important to me!

Carly was amazing, Buster had lots of fun spending time at their place while we were away on vacation. They have lots of space to run around in the backyard and the sitter is very knowledgeable about dogs. I will be booking again next time we need a sitter. Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience leaving my dog, Cleo, with this amazing family over the weekend! From the moment I dropped her off, I could tell she was in good hands. They treated her like one of their own, and she spent the weekend running around and playing with their family dogs. They also made sure to keep me updated with photos, which was such a nice touch and really gave me peace of mind. Cleo looked so happy in every picture—tail wagging, big smiles, and clearly having the time of her life. When I picked her up, she was relaxed and content, which told me everything I needed to know. I’m so thankful for the loving care they provided and wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again
Carley is a wonderful dog sitter! She always watches my miniature dachshund when I'm away. She's loving and very experienced. She helps with behavioural issues as well. I know my dog is happy and in good care when she's with Carley.
