I've known Carlene for over 10 years and I can easily say she is the most ethical person and has the biggest heart of anyone I know, Many times I've heard her say "I am dog", and I believe her. She has many pets and no matter the size they all matter to her deeply. At stop lights she will roll down her window and talk to the dog with it's head hanging out of the window of the car in the next lane. When my cat got himself turned inside out by a neighbor's dog Carlene was the first person I called for help - and she was right there with her medical training ready to do whatever was needed - and years later I still have the little bugger. When it comes to leaving my family members in someone's care, Carlene is always my first choice.
