I have looked after and been around animals for my entire life, I grew up around farms. I have been around all kinds of farm animals and have looked after hobby farms for weeks at a time with my 2 children who also love animals. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats at home, previously I had a ferret, 3 hamsters, 2 other cats, and a bunny. I recently looked after 6 bunnies for 2 months while friends were in India, I regularly watch my neighbours dog . I have looked after and groomed elderly animals. I have been house and pet sitting since I was 12 years old and helping on farms my entire life. I am not scared of any animals as long as they are friendly of course. I am open to doing drop ins for animals that don’t like kids as I can leave the kids in a car while I tend to them but I prefer animals that are okay or just nervous around children as that is normal. Please let me know ahead of time of any information that I would need to know like that.

I have a fenced yard with 2 sucky dogs and 2 cats, the cats are nervous of new animals (normal) and one dog appears to be reactive through a fence but has never had any issues with other friendly animals so far, he just likes to be in charge but is really a big suck, I make sure that they take their time getting to know each other to ensure a low stress environment. I Love brushing and pampering my animals and other peoples if they allow it. I Use non toxic shampoo made with castile soap for bathing. My animals are aloud on furniture and on our bed when they are clean and dry. We love going for walks weather permitting, also can in rain (we don’t melt) just prefer the sun of course. We treat everyone’s animals as if they are our own and love them all the same.

Carlea was fantastic! She stayed in our home for 10 days and took care of our 2 big, rambunctious dogs. She sent lots of photos and was very responsive. We are so grateful for her!

Carlea only spent one night for this first visit, but the dogs clearly were so happy to spend time with her. She sent us lots of photos and followed their medication regimen very closely. It was an added bonus that Carlea brought her kids along - the dogs absolutely love littles.

Schedule
I am an entrepreneur who has her own business and work from home so I am available for booking all days and hours and just require 24 hours notice for any changes.
