I've had dogs, guinea pigs, hamsters, small birds, cats, most of my life. My hubby & I have kennel, leash, yard, and climb trained 3 labs and our mini Aussie in recent years (although Mr. Sassy Wiggle Butt has a hard time remembering his manners sometimes and that's okay, we're still working on it!) Our pets are very loved & spoiled, but trained well. We have a big back yard & take walks every day! Our tennis balls & herding balls are our favorite! Wherever we go, our pups tag along, from soccer games, camping trips to doggie parks! We know it's hard to leave animals with strangers so we promise to make it as easy as possible on pups and pup parents! Pictures and updates will be sent as much as requested (probably more!) We have 2 guinea pigs and they get plenty of attention & nightly veggie counter-top feedings (carrots & apples are their fav!) We have plenty of room for an extra cage or 2!

Where do I begin? I had booked a reputable kennel to board my two dogs for 3 weeks. I was talking with my vet and started having some hesitations with boarding them in a kennel. Luckily a friend of mine told me about Carla and her wonderful experience so I reached out few weeks before my vacation and thankfully Carla was able to accommodate. And WOW Carla and her family immediately made my pups felt welcomed. I love Carla’s energy and you can tell she truly cares for the wellbeing of our dogs. She is super easy going and a great active listener. She is organized and her house is set up nicely with a spacious fenced backyard. She regularly sent multiple updates with several photos throughout the weeks. It was so comforting to see their happy faces. She quickly learned our dogs’ personalities and catered to their needs. I think my husband said something along the lines of “they got more playtime than they are home”. Thank you thank you, I now can go on vacations without worrying about my dogs and I feel so relieved that I have her help without her I don’t think I would have enjoyed my vacation the way I did.
Carla was amazing with my dogs! She took great care to make them feel comfortable, have lots of opportunities to play and get tons of attention. She kept me updated on their days with plenty of pictures of them having fun. It was very comforting knowing they were being so well taken care of while I was out of town.
Carla & her family took the best care of Heidi 4.5 mo. Old when we were away for 17 days. I received tons of pics everyday & description of how she was doing. Heidi learned how go up & down stairs. Carla sent home 3 of her baby teeth that came out! We were working on Heidi's training before leaving. I can tell Carla continued the training. Heidi is much calmer & chillin.. Carla had a birthday pup party for her Milo's . All the pup party hats were so cute. I knew when I met Carla & family that is was right! Heidi loved her fur babies too. She had love,playtime! Heidi was definitely tired when we picked her up. Heidi is looking forward to her next vacation with Carla. I cannot thank her enough. Highly recommend Carla is not just a sitter, shes a blessing! No worries.
Carla. Is a diligent, caring pet professional. This was my first time partnering with Carla and I could not be more pleased. She has vast experience in pet care and instills confidence in her immediately upon netting her. Schedule
I'm home all day! I'm flexible in my daily activities and can be available as needed, either in my home or yours, for walks or just some quality playtime and potty breaks. I will also watch guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, birds in my home or come visit in your home. My hubby is allergic to kitties so I love to visit them in your home.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large fenced yard with plenty of room to run and catch tennis balls! We go on daily walks around the neighborhood. Our 16 year old daughter promises to help me spoil your babies throughout the day when she's home! Niko, our 12 year old chocolate lab, is the most laid back pup but his little brother, Milo, our 6 year old mini Australian Shepherd sure keeps him active! Milo does like to "herd" other pups, but he's not aggressive at all. Our dogs are friendly with all types of animals and can't understand why the bunnies on our walks or Coco and Baby, our guinea pigs in the cage in the living room, won't play with them!

A typical day
We like taking walks in our neighborhood from a couple of blocks to 3-4 miles depending on how much energy we have! We have many interactive toys & treat puzzles to keep busy. We play fetch, swim in the puppy pool, play in the sprinkler and take lazy naps in the sun in our large fenced in yard. We reward with treats, belly rubs and an occasional carrot or piece of apple, with your permission.
