Carla was great! Rufus was well taken care of. Carla was very flexible and worked with me when I had to switch up plans. Momma is a big sweetie. Will definitely use them again :)

THIS IS NOT A SAFE HOME FOR YOUR PET! After our dog's stay at Carla's, we noticed a large sore under his eye, multiple bite marks on his nose and a large sore near his lip. We kept an eye on the injuries, but a week later, they got worse, so we brought him to the vet. They confirmed he had two puncture wounds, causing a bacterial infection and possible ringworm. Carla claims to have not seen any altercations with the other 3 large dogs in her care at the time, but it is undeniable that he was injured in her care. We were concerned about our dog staying with a sitter with other dogs. Rover was a new service to us and our dog is used to being alone. We knew Carla had one dog of her own, but we were told on our way to a "Meet and Greet", there would be a third dog. They seemed to get along fine at the Meet and Greet, so we dropped Roger off feeling unconcerned. But then photos showed us there was a fourth dog in the mix - all staying in a small townhome with a tiny outside space. Something happened, but Carla will not take any responsibility for the injuries to our dog. All we've asked for is reimbursement for the $50 of antibiotics and ringworm medicine. She has offered nothing. PLEASE BE WARE WHEN BOOKING YOUR PET HERE!

Carla is the best! Our pup was *so* happy when we dropped him off with Carla and Momma (who is an amazing host dog). We had peace of mind knowing he was in good hands during our trip.
