Dog loving home, flexible schedule
I've been a dog lover my entire life and currently share my home with two dogs of my own so I know what it takes to make pups happy, comfortable, and keep them entertained. Norman, our resident over the top friendly Golden Retriever and his little big sister sidekick Hallie, our corgi/rat terrier mix can't wait to host a new friend! I have a flexible schedule, which means your dog will get plenty of attention, walks, and playtime throughout the day-not just squeezed in around a 9-to-5. Whether your dog is high energy or more of a couch companion, they'll be treated like part of our pack while you're away.

Had a wonderful experience with Carla. She was very flexible with my working schedule and treated my girl like her own. Her dogs are very playful and friendly and welcomed my girl to their “pack”.Her spacious fenced in yard is a huge bonus as my girl loves playing fetch outside. A+++ Thanks!

My dog's doggie daycare visit with Carla was ideal! Everything went smoothly, from making sure it was a good fit to scheduling, to drop off and communications during my dog's stay, to pick up. Carla was friendly, flexible and accommodating. When we arrived at her house, she brought her dogs out to meet us so they could get acquainted with my dog. He immediately felt comfortable with them. Carla offered a tour of her house and backyard, which I appreciated even though we had to go. During my dog's stay at her house, she sent me pictures of him getting along with her dogs and even resting on one of their dog beds! I will definitely leave my dog with Carla again when we're back in the Charleston area!

Carla and her family were incredible hosts for our dog Arnold! She was very communicative, kind, and they have a lovely home with plenty of yard space for him to run around. We hadn’t left our dog with a sitter in quite a while, so I was nervous about leaving him, but Carla and her family left me feeling confident and excited about Arnold’s time there, and we were able to enjoy our trip without worrying about him! I don’t think Arnold wanted to leave! We will definitely rebook with Carla the next time we need a sitter.

I'm currently working part-time, (2-3 days a week 5-9am). My schedule is otherwise wide open- which means lots of walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day and evening.

Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priority. I have a fenced yard where dogs can play and relax without worry. My home is a smoke-free, pet-friendly environment, and I keep a close eye on all dogs in my care, especially during the first few days as they settle in. My own two dogs are friendly and well-socialized, so your pup will have good company too. I’m always reachable and happy to send photo or video updates so you can feel at ease while you’re away.”

I love being outside, taking walks, and tossing the tennis balls for our pups in the yard so we’ll definitely be doing the same!
