Purrfect Kitty Care & Dog Walking
I've owned cats for 30+ years and couldn't imagine life without them. When my daughter was young, we volunteered at the local SPCA shelter together. I pet sit for friends and neighbors regularly, both cats and dogs (mostly walking), and can provide references upon request. I am currently taking a course offered by Sierra College related to both feline and canine health and behavior as I believe it will make me both a better sitter and animal owner. I work/volunteer part-time from home with my two rescue cats so have plenty of availability and flexibility during the day to care for your furry babies. I am also a hike leader and love to walk, so would be happy to exercise your dog whenever you cannot. I'm reliable, honest, and happy to help with additional chores such as watering plants and bringing in mail during your absence. I would be prefer to arrange a meet and greet beforehand at no additional charge. My main preference is cat sitting your kitties in their own home. I know with my own cats they do not like to be uprooted when I'm absent. I can drop in several times a day, play with your cats, administer medication orally if needed, and clean litter boxes. I can also check up on your dog and take him/her for a walk during the day if you are at work.

Carla is a wonderful pet caregiver (not to mention a pleasant and intelligent person). She visited my cat Raisin twice a day during our 2-week vacation. After each visit, she sent us a video of Raisin eating and Carla petting her. Raisin has been a very shy cat, but Carla is the first person besides me and my wife that she interacts with. I think her rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Carla to anyone who needs pet care.
Carla is an excellent cat sitter. She sent me videos and pictures every day she was sweet with the cat she observed all my requirements and boundaries and my cat was happy and healthy when I returned. Of course he missed me but he seems to have been well loved for her half hour visits every day. I recommend Carla.
Carla was amazing with my kitties! Picture and written updates, playing with the kitten, cleaning up after messes, just top-quality care. Will definitely use her again, highly recommend!
Carla is an amazing pet sitter. She took loving care of my cats for four days and sent me text updates and pictures of them every single day. I have used pet sitters for over 30 years and Carla is one of the best. She is caring, conscientious, reliable, and trustworthy. Carla was terrific - it was a pleasure to meet her and she did a great job (love that she sent photos of our cats!).
Carla was wonderful! My kitties warmed up to her immediately and were in good spirits when I returned home - always a good sign of a great sitter! Great communication throughout, and I really appreciated the photo check-ins. I highly recommend Carla!
