Hi there! As a lifetime dog lover, I have many years of experience caring for & boarding dogs. (Please see my 5* reviews from many happy clients!) I work from home so your dog will not be left alone other than for occasional short periods e.g. grocery runs etc.. I do a meet and greet with every new client & their dog, or dogs. **Please note, I do not take German Sheperds, Pitbulls or Pitbull mixes.

Mia and Iroh has the best time at Carls house! They immediately warmed up to him. Carl kept us updated with pictures and videos of our pups :) We will definitely be leaving our pups with Carl in the future.

Carl boarded our golden retriever for 2 weeks while we went to Europe and I’m so grateful. A few days into the trip our dog showed signs of separation anxiety we hadn’t known about previously (Covid dog + we work from home). Carl went above and beyond, communicating the behavioral issues and driving to our vet in Petaluma (2x!) to get anxiety meds. I was very concerned hour dog would get the boot from Carl’s home while we were abroad but he did not and again, so grateful. Thank you Carl!

I will be with your dog constantly, aside from grocery runs or occasional short errands etc.. I have a very safe & secure fully fenced yard, with a high fence. Dogs are constantly monitored and cared for. I look forward to taking good care of your fur baby - or fur babies! Thank You!

Please let me know your dog's dietary & feeding preferences, routine/schedule, what makes them happy & of course any funny habits or quirks to be aware of! Please note - Higher maintenance dogs with health conditions or/and on medication are an extra $10 per day. Thank you!

I have trails & parks for walks by my place in Sonoma. Ball play, chuck ball, games and more, or if your dog is older or needs a more "take it easy" time just chilling out at home as a couch potato, we can do that too!

I work from home so I will be with your dog 24/7, (aside from grocery runs etc..). I also offer a drop of and pickup service for longer stays, (please check with me for a quote). Larger dogs (over 35 pounds) are +$10 per day. Client drop offs & pick ups are by Appointment 9am-6pm weekdays, 10am-6pm weekends. Please contact me with your required stay dates and I will get back to you as soon as I see your message/inquiry (unless I am driving etc.) Thank you!
