I’ve been a pet owner my whole life and a pet sitter since I was 10 years old and have loved every minute of it! I love dogs, big and small, old and young. I also love to hang with cats and other critters - they’re all so fun! I’m reliable, punctual and ever-so-loving of your precious pet. My dog, Goose is an 9 year old fox red Labrador retriever and loves to share his space with critters of all kinds. We recently added another lab puppy to our home, Marla Pooch. She’s happy and rambunctious and very similar to Goose in her big-heartedness. I also have two young boys who love to help love on animals (gently). If you want someone you can trust to take care of your fur baby like they’re her own, book me! I will make sure your baby is happy, healthy and has fun! We have a large fenced in yard for zoomies and fetch and love to walk all over the neighborhood to explore and sniff! I am comfortable with training, giving medication and providing consistency for your pet. Happy to take your pet on walks and/or play dates or to do a puppy or cat visit as needed.

I cannot recommend Carissa highly enough! After a terrible, last-minute debacle with a different sitter, we were incredibly stressed about leaving our dog, Walle. Carissa stepped in and completely saved the day. She followed our instructions perfectly, was wonderfully communicative, and showed such genuine kindness. It gave us immense peace of mind to know she was in our home providing over-the-top care while we were away. If you are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and truly cares about the animals they look after, Carissa is absolutely the person you want.
Carissa gave a great walk for our puppy and kindly helped last minute! We are so grateful for her above and beyond care for our little puppy! We will book again!

I am currently a stay at home mom and have a very flexible schedule. I prefer to walk/watch pets who are both dog and kid friendly.
