I have loved and cared for animals my entire life. For the past 8 years, I’ve been a parent to two wonderful cats who run my household! My own cat requires a strict prescription diet and has needed oral medication in the past, so I am very comfortable and diligent with special dietary needs and health routines. Beyond cat care, I have hands-on experience with exotic and small pets, as I currently keep hermit crabs and have cared for pet mice in the past. I would be happy to check on your smaller pets if needed! Because I work a standard 9–5 schedule, my availability is focused on reliable evening and weekend drop-in visits, as well as early mornings if needed and weekend pet sitting. I am diligent about following feeding schedules, cleaning litter boxes, and giving your pets dedicated playtime and attention while you're away. Overall: - Daily cat care, play, and litter box maintenance - (if needed) Specialized small pet & exotic care (hermit crabs, rodents, small mammals) - Evening and weekend drop-in visits with detailed photo updates - Attentive, patient care for shy or independent animals

I treat every client's home and animals with the exact same care, respect, and caution I use with my own pets. - Health & Safety First: My own cats are kept fully up-to-date on all their shots and vaccinations. Because my cat requires a special diet and medication, I am extremely comfortable following strict health guidelines, prescription meal plans, and precise instructions. - Playtime & Mental Stimulation: I know how important mental stimulation and exercise are for kitties and small pets! I make it a point to play with my cats (and your pets) extra each day with their favorite toys and interactive games to keep them happy and engaged. - Home Security: During drop-in visits, I treat your home with complete respect. I double-check that all doors, gates, and windows are securely locked before leaving. - Updates & Photos: As a pet owner, I know how much pet parents love updates and photos while they are away. I know I certainly do! I will send detailed daily updates and pictures after every visit so you can have complete peace of mind while you're away if you would like.

Absolutely amazing experience! Leaving my 80-lb Lab/Pit mix with someone requires a lot of trust, and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable with the care he received. Cari was incredibly patient, loving, and attentive to his individual personality and needs. What stood out most was how genuinely cared for he was. He wasn’t just being “watched,” he was treated like part of the family. I loved knowing he was getting plenty of attention, affection, exercise, and companionship while I was away. Schedule
Because I work a standard 9–5 job during the week, my availability for drop-in visits and pet care is structured to give your pets focused, uninterrupted attention: Weekdays (Monday–Friday): Available for drop-in visits in the mornings before 8:00/8:30 AM and in the evenings after 5:30/6:00 PM depending on your location. Weekends (Saturday & Sunday): Fully flexible availability throughout the day for drop-ins, extended visits, and routine care. During each visit, I dedicate my full time to your pets. I handle feedings, fresh water top-offs, litter box cleaning, playtime, and offering plenty of companionship to your kitties.
