Carina and Dave were great! Greywind seemed to enjoy his entire stay with them. They communicated with us throughout his whole stay and sent some of my new favorite pics of him! They even took him to an event where he came home with a bunch of goodies too! Thanks, Carina & Dave!

Loving Place for your precious pup.

Dave and I have been owners/care takers of several great dogs, both large and small over our lifetime. They are definitely a big part of the family. We spend most of our time at home with our own little dogs. We are an adult family only.

The environment here is safe, quiet and comfortable. I have a great fenced yard. It is very secure and dog friendly. My dogs get along well with other ...

What Carina would like to know about your dog

We have had both small and large breeds and are able to provide for any breed as long as they are mostly socialized and healthy. We expect some shyness and separation anxiety from some dogs as that is normal. We deal with that through play and other fun distractions. It is important to know your pup's normal routine for food, play, potty and sleeping arrangements to provide for the best care possible. I will want to know that your dog is up-to-date on his or her shots and we recommend vaccinations for Kennel Cough. I would also ask that you have your dog on Flea and Tick medicine. A letter giving me authorization to take your pup to the vet in an emergency if you are unavailable. We use Almaden VCA and will bring your pup there or to the emergency facility on Thornwood if after hours. Other than that, bring your pups regular food with bowl, leash, harness and any treats. (Leave bones, rawhides, bully sticks, antlers at home as the "kids" fight over them). We have toys we can share with them. Bring your dog bed or crate and please label everything you can. Thanks!
