Dog mom, animal lover, and always happy to spend time with animals! I grew up in an animal-loving household surrounded by dogs, gerbils, guinea pigs, parakeets, fish, and even the occasional rescue kitten. My love of animals has continued throughout my life, and I’ve had a wide variety of hands-on animal care experience. I spent several years working on a horse farm and also worked as a kennel and veterinary technician assistant at a veterinary clinic, where I gained experience caring for animals with a variety of needs. I also regularly dog and cat sit for friends and neighbors and am comfortable caring for pets of different ages, personalities, and energy levels. I currently have a two year old rescue pup of my own, Colby, who keeps me on my toes and reminds me every day how much animals become part of the family.
