A tired dog is a good dog:) When Max was part of our family (until very recently), we walked morning and night- 40 minutes each stretch. I have a 2km trail steps from my front door that we explored each day.

I have an almost fully fenced yard with room to explore and play. However, primary dedication would be lengthy walks morning and night. Our house is home to our two cats who are friendly with dogs and loved having Max around. I also have two children who are great with pets. My daughter especially is a lover of animals. If your dog needs to be crated, I have a large crate as well as extra dog beds and toys.

A typical day
As mentioned above, I have a great trail steps from my door. There are also a few other trails very close by: the G2G, as well as a 6 km trail to a village outside of town. If your dog likes to bike, I love to bike too.

Pet care experience
I have been a pet mom for most of my life. I grew up on a farm, having many years of experience with both small and large animals. On my own, I have been a dedicated pet mom to my cat Mavi, who lived to be 20. I was also a devoted dog mom to my dog Max, who we recently lost to illness. He was just shy of 13. I currently have two cats (brother and sister) who are 3 and loving life!

Carey was excellent with our dog, he was well cared for and loved while we were away. She provided regular updates and he got two play with her two dogs.
Carey was great. It was our dog's first time being left at a dog sitter. And his first time spending hours with other dogs. He loved it! When we picked him up, he was calm and relaxed. Carey sent us videos and reassured us he was doing great. Id absolutely leave my dog with Carey again!
Carey was beyond great! She sent us pictures throughout the entire stay. It’s very clear that she loves animals! She was great with communication throughout the entire booking process and stay. 100% recommend booking with her!
Carey was fantastic! Panda had a great time with her and her family. She was super responsive and provided as many updates as needed. We will definitely book with her again!
