Hello! I'm an actor, model, and former Jeopardy! contestant currently living in New York. I’m based in Manhattan, but spend a great deal of time in Brooklyn as well. My pronouns are she/her. I’ve always felt a special kinship to animals and I enjoy the company of all kinds! Growing up I had two dogs and here in NYC I had a dog from 2007 to 2011. I’ve lived in New York since 2002 and am very familiar with Manhattan and many parts of Brooklyn and Queens. I’ll always care for your pet as if they were my own. I like to make sure I leave your fur baby with a full water bowl and a little playtime and affection on my way out. I tend to send a lot of pictures and videos over text- if this isn’t your style and if you’d like less, (or more) please let me know! My partner Stephen is also included in this profile, meaning he has been background checked and approved by Rover. I added him as he’s part of the household for boardings, and as an emergency back up, but primarily I will be your caregiver. Stephen is excellent with all types of animals but will not be doing walks/drop ins unless discussed and agreed to in advance.

Ratings and reviews
Cara has pet sit for our cat many times and everything has always worked out great! Our cat is normally very shy but she comes right out to play. We also always get updates and photos each day, which adds another level of comfort while we are away.

My schedule as an actor is very flexible and I’m often available as a last minute option. Feel free to reach out if you’re looking for a replacement or last-minute caregiver.
