Friendly and caring pet sitter
I’m a Ventura native who has always loved animals and will treat your pet like my own! I was raised around a number of pets - dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, fish, and even horses. While in my early teens I volunteered at a dog rescue and then in college worked for a number of animal hospitals for 5 years. In the last few years I’ve watched friends’ pets while they’re on vacation and have decided to offer those services through Rover while I’m working remotely. I will take care of your pet as if it was my own. I also send plenty of pictures and updates - I try to give you all the info I would want when leaving my puppers!

Schedule
While staying with me, your pup will get the same routine my Rainey girl has: morning snuggles in bed, then a nice walk around the neighborhood and breakfast before my morning calls, a lunchtime walk break, and a longer evening walk (usually on the beach trail by San Jon), followed by dinner and lots of cuddles on the couch and evening play time! If your dog is up for it we’ll also do an occasional downtown trip for coffee or lunch!

Safety, trust & environment
I live in an apartment walking distance to the beach so we will go on plenty of leashed walks while your dog is here. I spend 1 hour at the gym in the evenings on weekdays and a couple hours 2-3x a week visiting my horse, Belle. Aside from that, I’m basically always home and won’t be away from your pet much while they’re with me. When I am away, I have indoor cameras that allow me to make sure the pups are doing ok in my absence.

A typical day
Depending on your dogs needs, I’ll adapt to them! If they’re super active we’ll go on lots of walks. If they’re more reserved, we’ll spend more time cuddling on the couch and playing at home.
