Lifelong animal lovers!
My husband and I have had animals our entire lives - dogs, cats, and horses. My job throughout middle school, high school, and college was pet/farm sitting for dogs, cats, and horses. In the last year we started fostering dogs and have gained even more experience with all types of breeds and dogs of different ages. Our Corgi passed away last spring at 15 years old, so we also have experience with older dogs and their needs. We pride ourselves on giving our own dog, and each of our foster dogs, the best environment to relax and enjoy themselves in. We have a fenced front yard, along with a pool for the water lovers! Safety in the house and while out in the yard is a top priority - there are always eyes on the dogs. We do require that all dogs staying with us be crate trained, which means they are comfortable and at ease while in their crate. We are very active and can provide various length walks, as many times during the day as needed. If requested we are happy to work on manners, and reinforce any training. We would love to give your dog a wonderful retreat while you are away!

We always take pet safety seriously! When the dogs are playing together they are closely monitored, and they are never outside unsupervised. Dogs are always crated if we aren't home.

Cara was fantastic! She took care of our skiddish cats for a week and had them warmed up to her by the end. Our cats were well cared for. Highly recommend.

Needed kitty sitters for the first time and Cara and Matt were amazing. Adhering to the cats feeding schedule, giving extra pets and brushes- the cats were definitely happy when I got back home. So thankful for them taking care of my pets! 11/10 would use and recommend for anyone needing cat sitters.
Cara and Matt took such good care of our dog! They kept us posted with pics and videos and helped with our pup’s anxiety. I know he had a great time playing with their sweet dog. Highly recommend!

We offer potty breaks all throughout the day - first thing in the morning, mid morning, lunch time, multiple times in the afternoon/evening, and one last break before bedtime.
