I started bottle feeding orphan kittens was I was in 1st grade in the 90’s and always knew I wanted to save animals. Started cat sitting when I was 12 for neighbors and continued throughout vet tech school and through my adult career as a licensed technician. I’m a cat mom of 7 and cat foster for the local SPCA as well.

I love all of my pet pals like they’re my own. I’m very detail oriented and take pride in leaving the client’s home in great shape every time I leave it.

We just moved to the area and had a prearranged trip out of state at the same time our contractors would be working on the exterior of our house; leaving our senior cat (who is not known for her ability to roll with the punches) had us very on edge. Cara set our minds completely at ease right from the first moments of the meet-and-greet. The first day of our vacation our shy little princess refused to make an appearance; Cara not only checked with the contractors to make sure they hadn't seen her, but also offered to come by later in the day after everything quieted down to see if that would help. Luckily we caught our girl on camera shortly afterward, but just knowing that Cara was willing to go that extra mile was such a relief. Miss "I Like It When People Worry About Me" came right out for every visit after that, and we got adorable photos of her getting proper skritches. All instructions were followed to a T, and medication was provided without a problem. Cara even dealt with our electronic lock and security system like a champ! Would absolutely not hesitate to book again.
Cara is terrific! She sends photos and let's us know exactly what happens from each visit. We so appreciate our furry family being so well taken care of while we're out of town.
Cara remains one of the few people my very shy cat will come out for when we are out of town. Always so happy with Cara’s work and will continue to have her sit my cat.
Cara is wonderful! She provided excellent care to my cats while I was away. One of my cats is diabetic and Cara made sure she received her insulin and food on schedule. Cara is professional, detail oriented and compassionate. I would highly recommend her.

Schedule
I currently work full time M - F 9a - 6p with no lunch availability during the weekday. Availability is first come, first serve .
- CatsCara can host up to 2 drop-ins per day
- Any behavioral issues or medical conditions, list of medications they are on (including flea and heart worm prevention), allergies, current vaccination status. How are they with young children? Any fears or anxiety? Ex. separation anxiety, thunderstorms, etc.
