Hello! I’m Cara, 30, originally from Scotland and now based in central London. I started sitting because I miss my own rescue cat, Ted 🐱 - a brilliant, no-nonsense character who taught me everything about respecting feline boundaries. Because of Ted, I understand that every cat is unique. I know how to take the time needed to earn a cat’s trust on their own terms, whether that means energetic play, gentle brushing, or just quietly coexisting in the same room. I am experienced with shy, anxious, independent, or senior cats who need a patient, calm environment. I am also fully confident with both oral medications and injections (e.g., insulin or daily therapies). My 9–5 office hours fit naturally with cats who nap during the day and want attentive company all morning, evening, and overnight. I send detailed daily photos and updates so you know your cat is relaxed and thriving while you’re away. I love building long-term relationships with repeat clients so your cat always has a familiar, trusted face whenever you travel!

Schedule
I offer morning and evening drop-in visits before and after work, as well as live-in overnight stays. I work a standard 9–5 office routine, which fits naturally with cats who nap during the day. I am always fully settled in at your home throughout the mornings, evenings, and overnight, and commute everywhere by bicycle for guaranteed punctuality.
