** Formally Miracolo Farm*** Picture this: A cozy house on a spacious eight acre property. Inside there are endless couches, chairs and dog beds for even the most discriminating canine visitor. Outside, the huge fenced back yard surrounded by woodland, overlooks the river. The setting bring a sense of calm to all who stay. Walking trails meander along side the tranquil Po River that encircles this unique location. Who We Are: I am a dog trainer and animal rescue person who specializes in shy dogs. I have over 20 years in dog rescue and as a vet assistant. Currently I work at a small animal veterinary clinic. I have found my experience in vet medicine and canine behavior has helped me better care for guest dogs with various conditions and challenges. My husband is also an animal lover and excellent farm caretaker. Together we have created a farmette that is all about the dogs! Though we work full time our family schedules over laps so that there is very little time that your fur kid will be without a human presence. The Next Step: If after you read about us and our farm and we seem like a fit drop us a line with the dates you are considering and we will go from there. An initial meet and greet is REQUIRED which can be either virtual or in person. This will enable us to create a custom plan to ensure that your fur kid's needs are met during their stay. Cara and Danny were great as always.
This was the first time I’ve ever left my pups not in our own house with a sitter and I was very pleased. Communication was great and I knew my pups were not stressed being in a new place. Will definitely be a returning customer.
Cara and Danny took such great care of our Scrappy-Doo. They spent time training him and gave us feedback and pointers on how to keep up his development. Overall they were exactly the right fit for us on our first week-long trip away from Scrappy. Plus they send daily photos of Scrappy’s adventures.
Our dogs love staying over. They get super excited when they realize they’re going to Cara and Danny’s and they are nothing but smiles when we pick them up. Never any problems in the many times they have stayed over.
We left our husky/shepherd for a weekend getaway. I liked the fact Cara & Danny had 3 separate fenced areas for the dogs. They introduced the animals slowly to each other so as not to overwhelm them in a new environment. We appreciated the daily photos and updates. They were very kind and gracious people.

What We Offer: Our unique setting and balanced pack has helped our canine visitors leave refreshed with a new leash on life, be it only a short stay or a rehabilitative holiday. We have monitored exercise in our spacious fenced back yard, and structured play and basic training in the house. We have found when a fur kid knows what is expected they transition into the stay with more ease. A added plus is they take home life lessons and positive behaviors for a life time!
