Mac and I want new doggy friends!
Hello! Current puggle mom, available for part time pet sitting and/or boarding. I have a very friendly 16 year old puggle, so I require that your doggy is great with other dogs. I have a very comfortable home, steps away from the downtown Gulfport. Why I love dog sitting: I prefer doggies to humans most of the time! Some call me a dog whisperer- I am instantly very close and make sure to have a bond with each and every animal...I understand separation anxiety can sometimes be challenging so I do my best to treat doggies like lil human beings- making them as happy and comfortable as possible! I make sure every animal has individual attention, care and love while mommy/daddy are away. Meet my pets Puggle. About my yard I do not...I have a small back porch, but I generally walk my dogs 2-3 times a day, and take them to the dog park to get exercise. If I watch your pet during the week, I work from home and can stop over frequently to let them out mid-day. I love taking long walks too! [If your doggie can keep up with me ;) ]

If you find yourself needing someone to care for your furry friend while you're away, Cara is an excellent choice! I found myself needing a last minute sitter for my dog Bruno while I was out of town for the holidays and after reading glowing reviews, I contacted Cara hoping she could take care of my little guy on short noticed. Luckily for us, she was available, and made the process very easy. After a quick meeting at my place, Bruno had a sitter and my trip was saved! While I was out of town, Cara stayed at my apartment with Bruno and provided excellent care for Bruno, which included frequent updates and pictures to let me know he was safe and having fun! Bruno is full of personality and can be quite the handful, but she seemed to really enjoy spending time with and playing with him, and I am sure he loved it. I will definitely reach out to her in the future if and when the need to find a sitter for Bruno arises and would HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone who needs the same! Cara is an excellent sitter and made my first experience with Rover a great one. We received photo and video updates our our dogs throughout the duration of our travel and she is very responsive to text messages. She was able to make mid-day trips to care for our puppy who is on a more frequent eating and potty schedule. Cara was even flexible with her own vacation schedule to ensure our pets were cared for upon our return. I highly recommend Cara. She will be the first person I contact for future pet sitting needs.
This whole house sitting situation worked out great and gave me peace of mind while away on my business trip. Cara was very communicative on the daily routine via text and with pictures and video. My mind was at ease knowing Bailey was at home in his own surroundings. Having Cara's dog, Mac, was an added bonus as Bailey is still a puppy and loves play time. I will trust Cara to watch my little guy again in the future!
Cara was awesome and Khaki was super happy with her and Mac (her dog). She was so flexible with her schedule. We're running late from our trip and she had no problem accommodating Khaki. Cara has cared for and loved our dog like he was his own. I would trust to care our dog anyday. Thank you Cara!

I stay and work from home and attentive to the dogs needs and they are welcome in any area or on my furniture, and welcome to sleep with me or their doggy beds or crates.

A typical day
Here's where we'll take our walks All throughout Canton/Patterson Park area. Hopefully we can have a nice day and stop at the dog park! Your dog's sleeping arrangement anywhere he/she wants :) Mac sleeps in bed with me. Time I'll spend with your dog On weekends- most of the day or night, other than running errands. I love to take doggies on walks- if it is nice out, I take them to Patterson park dog park. I am home every eve and weekends, and if I have to watch your home or dog during the weekdays, I work downtown and able to pop by!
