Tom and I were both raised with pets and had our dog, Midas, for a wonderful 6 years before he was diagnosed with cancer and we lost him in April 2021. However, since then we've been dedicating more and more time to boarding and walking dogs on Rover! It's been fantastic and we look forward to meeting every new fluffy face! We are both doing this full time right now and truly treat your dog like ours while they are here. We understand what pet owners need to feel confident that their pets are taken care of. You'll receive lots of pictures and updates from us! We typically can be available from 8am-12am. As someone who worked in customer service as a career, I take pride in the service that I offer. We will have the upmost respect for the client's things and of course their pets. I strive to always give 100% into my communication and fulfilling any promises made. In our own home, we have our dog's things that any new pet are welcome to use including a crate, dog beds, toys, leashes, etc.). We are both dedicating ourselves to our pet services business and one of us is home most of the time. We always want your dog to feel comfortable and cared for while your gone. We do ask that dogs are capable of staying home alone for at least 30-60 minutes just in case we have an overlapping walks. Please let us know if your pup can not be left alone. We do ask for 8-12 hours notice for walks and at least 24 hours for a boarding, but can try to be flexible and adjust for last minute request. We love your pets as our own and keep our place clean, safe, and full of love and toys for a great staycation for your pup while they are here. We always vacuum, wash dog bowls, and wash the dog beds/blankets between dogs!
