I’m a military veteran with a master’s degree in social work, and I work part-time as a counselor. Outside of work, I love spending time at home-especially with dogs. I am an animal lover through and through, and I welcome dogs of all breeds and sizes as family. As a former foster for rescue dogs, I have experience with more reserved or shy dogs. My own Golden Retrievers have never met a dog they didn’t like. You can trust that your dogs will be safe, well cared for, and never left to worry in your absence. I am reliable and fully committed to providing excellent care.

Candice was very kind and sweet with Louie. Louie is older and at times is anxious. He seemed to get along well with the other dogs. Will definitely request Candice again, if she is willing.
Candice was amazing with Simon. She sent me pictures regularly on how he was doing. Will definitely use her again if we take another trip.

Schedule
I work part-time during the week, but my schedule varies. I sometimes work from home. I have help at home, but I prefer to be there to take on the responsibility of ensuring the safety of the pets entrusted in my care.

I will ensure your pups are safe. Your dogs will not escape. I hear too much of that. I can provide a comfortable, fun, and safe environment in my home. I have a fenced backyard with enough room to throw a ball.

A typical day
We can go for walks or play in my large backyard. My golden retrievers love to play. Older animals can relax in the house. I usually let the little dogs sleep with me and my Pomeranian. I give a lot of love and pets. The dogs typically follow me everywhere around the house 😂.
