Candice was a wonderful sitter for our Piper while we were gone on vacation . Our flight even got delayed and she was kind enough to stay a few xtra hours ! My house was exactly the way I left it . We will definitely be using her in the future 😊
I had originally booked Candice for June 27th, 29th, July 1st, and July 3rd. Everything went well until July 3rd. I did not receive any type of notification of a visit on July 3rd so I sent Candice a message. She replied "I completely lost track of what day it was since she was house sitting". She stated that she could "go over in the morning". I told her that this wasn't necessary since we would be home that same day. My 2 cats were left home alone from July 1st - July 4th since we were out of the country. When we arrived home on JULY 4TH in the afternoon my husband opened our back patio door because he heard some meowing and there low and behold was our cat Buckeye. HE WAS STUCK BETWEEN OUR BACK PATIO DOOR AND OUR METAL HOUSE DOOR FOR 3 ENTIRE DAYS (NO AIR SINCE THE PATIO DOOR HAS GLASS IN IT), NO FOOD, NO WATER, NO LITTER BOX TO USE, AND OUR POOR CAT COULDN'T MOVE!!! I am not sure how he didn't pass away since we were going through a heat wave. Our poor cat has been traumatized and has been exhausted since this occurrence!! I have contacted Candice who apologized, I have contacted Rover who HAS NOT EVEN RESPONDED. I will NEVER use ROVER again and do not recommend them to anyone!
She took great care of my little guy. My first time trying river with Russell. And I’m glad we chose Candice. Definitely will be having her watching him again. Took him out many times and made sure he was all set for dads return.
Candice did a great job for us. She’s very punctual and very pleasant to work with. She stayed in are home for four nights. We also used her as a drop in one day as well. We rebooked with her for a seven nights next month. I highly recommend her.
Candice did an overnight with our little piper. She kept me informed with how she was doing and sent me pictures throughout the day . She was extremely sweet and kind. We have already booked her for our upcoming vacation !
Candice is a sweet person and is faithful to show up. She was diligent and very caring with my pet.
