I am Fear Free Certified and offer calm, gentle care for pets who need a slower, more thoughtful approach. I have experience with dogs, cats, horses, farm animals, and small animals, and I’m especially comfortable with senior pets, medication (oral/topical), and shy or anxious personalities. I specialize in animals who take time to warm up. I move at their pace, pay close attention to body language, and focus on creating a low-stress, safe environment where they feel understood. I use a positive reinforcement (R+) approach and have experience with basic training, enrichment, and supporting pets with anxiety. Pet parent to Mochi (Devon Rex) and Bug (rescue Shih Tzu) - I treat every pet like my own. I’m detail-oriented, reliable, and genuinely care about making your pet feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re away. I send regular photos and updates so you can feel at ease while you’re away. I communicate openly and will let you know right away if anything comes up. I am LGBTQ2S+, disability, BIPOC & neurodivergent-affirming 💛 Schedule note: I am available daily from 7am-5:30pm with the following unavailable time blocks: Wed 10am-11am + 2pm-3pm; Thur 8am-9am. Whether caring for pets in my home or my client’s home, their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being are my top priorities. I take time to learn each pet’s routine, preferences, and needs. I maintain a calm, clean, and secure environment, use positive reinforcement methods, and monitor their behavior closely for any signs of stress or health concerns. I also follow any specific instructions provided by owners to ensure consistency and build trust with both pets and their people. Of course, plenty of update pics will be sent to you for peace of mind in knowing that your fur-family member is doing well while you are away!

I work for myself virtually so I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give pets the time, attention, and care they need - whether it’s early morning, midday, or evening visits. I love building regular routines with the pets I care for to help them feel secure and relaxed.
