What sets me apart from other dog sitters is the depth of my experience and the genuine love I have for dogs of all breeds and personalities. I cared for my own two dogs for over 17 years, developing a strong understanding of canine behavior, health needs and daily care routines. Growing up, my family also had dogs, so I’ve been surrounded by them since childhood. In addition to providing daily walks, playtime and affection, I’m experienced in administering medications and paying close attention to any changes in behavior or health. I know how important consistency, patience and trust are when it comes to caring for dogs—especially when they’re away from their owners. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, senior or has special needs, I treat every pup like my own, ensuring they feel safe, happy and loved.

When caring for pets in either my home or a pet owner's home, safety, trust and a calm environment are my top priorities. I always take the time to understand each pet’s routine, personality and specific needs so I can create a comfortable, stress-free experience. In a pet owner's home, I follow their usual schedule closely—whether that includes feeding, walks, medication or playtime—to maintain a sense of familiarity and stability. I’m respectful of their space, keep things tidy and make sure pets are never left unattended for long periods. If caring for pets in my own home, I ensure a clean, pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention, affection and safe spaces for rest and play. Clear communication with owners is key—I keep them updated so they can feel confident their pet is in good hands.

Candice did an amazing job looking after our dog, Murphy, for two nights while we were getting married! It was our first time using Rover, and after reading all the great reviews, I knew he’d be in the right hands. Candice sent regular updates and photos of Murphy, which really helped put our minds at ease. Our home was left exactly as we’d left it too! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Candice was great with our Loki. His energy level and reactivity to other animals didn’t put her off in the slightest. Taking care of him over one of the hottest weekends so far, she was careful about when to walk him and making sure he was cool. She left our house spotless and as we left it. 100% would rebook with her again! X
Candice has been looking after our dog Tilly for us while we have been away for the weekend. Tilly has had such a lovely time - I know this from all the photos and messages I was sent during the weekend. Tilly has obviously been very well cared for, as was our home, which has been left spotless. I can highly recommend Candice to anyone looking for a sitter.
We would highly recommend Candice for dog seating she went above and beyond the three nights she stayed not only looking after our dog ,feeding and cuddling the cat ,also feeding our chickens and locking them away at night.we regularly had updates and pictures .The house was immaculate on our return we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to book Candice again.
5 Stars – Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough great things about Candice. She took great care of my animals with such love, attention, and professionalism. From the moment we met, I could tell she was experienced, trustworthy, and truly passionate about animals. While I was away, she/they provided me with regular updates, including photos and little notes about how things were going, which gave me peace of mind. My pets clearly felt comfortable and happy — it was obvious from their relaxed behavior when I returned home. The house was left spotless, and all of my pet’s needs were handled perfectly. I would absolutely hire candice again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of Olive, Nano and Ferguson.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. I work as a part-time tutor and travel around Warrington Monday to Friday, which gives me a flexible schedule to accommodate pet visits and check-ins throughout the day. My work allows me to plan ahead and be reliably available for morning, midday or evening pet care as needed. Whether it’s feeding, walking, playtime or simply providing companionship, I’m able to integrate pet care into my routine in a way that ensures consistent, attentive service.
