Pet sitting is something I truly love and I’m working toward doing full-time! 🐾 I work part-time right now which means I have a flexible schedule and can give your pet the time and attention they deserve. Every single booking means a lot to me and I put my whole heart into each one. I take the time to really get to know your pet, what makes them feel comfortable, what their routine looks like, and what they need to feel happy while you’re away. I’m patient, gentle, and I go at their pace. It doesn’t matter if they’re a little shy or full of energy, I just want them to feel safe and loved the whole time they’re with me! 🐶🐱 I also have experience with horses, parrots, and exotic animals, so if your pet is a little outside the ordinary I’ve got you covered! Specialized care is something I take seriously and every animal regardless of species deserves the same love and attention 🐴🦜 For overnight stays I always clean the house before I leave so you can come home to a fresh and tidy space! 🏡 I believe great pet care should be accessible to everyone so I keep my prices affordable without ever cutting corners on the quality of care your pet receives. I take caring for pets in their own home very seriously. When I’m with your pet, their safety and comfort always come first. I make sure doors and gates are fully secured, follow your routines exactly, and keep an eye on anything they shouldn’t get into. I only use the food, treats, and supplies you approve, and I double-check leashes, crates, and harnesses before any walk or outdoor time. I stay alert, calm, and gentle — making sure your pet feels protected, loved, and relaxed while you’re away. I treat your home with the same respect I’d want for mine, and I always leave everything just the way I found it.

Candice stayed at my home with our pup & cat while away on vacation. Our cat ran out of the house unbeknownst to Candice. He can be skittish with new people for a few days. Otherwise, he’s our family therapist & best friend. He hasn’t tried to run out until this occurrence. We had to find out he was missing after arriving home from vacation. None of our dogs twice daily supplements were given. They were sorted out in a labeled pill organizer along with a note. Not sure why these were skipped! As a rover sitter myself, I understand that things happen. Unfortunately losing our cat makes it hard to give a better rating. Appreciated Candice kind demeanor and willingness to offer help in located our lost cat.
Candice was great. She had no problem dealing with my hard to get to know/grumpy Australian Cattle Dog. She was very punctual and communicated frequently to let me know how he was doing and when she was going to be at my house. She house sat over a three day weekend and left my house cleaner than when she arrived. I would recommend her to anyone that needs a pet sitter.
This was my first time using Candice and my dogs were well taken care of. She communicated well, and was flexible and responsible. She went above-and-beyond and she has my recommendation.
Candice communicated very well with us. We got plenty of pictures of Archie, who seemed very comfortable with her. She followed through on all of our notes about caring for the dog. I am very pleased with her care of our pet and will use her services again in the future.

Schedule
I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of open, flexible hours to care for pets. This means I can easily work around your pet’s routine — morning, midday, or evening visits. I’m able to give each pet the time, attention, and love they need without rushing. Your pet gets relaxed, focused care, and you get peace of mind knowing I have the availability to be there when they need me most. I’m working towards building more clientele and hoping to start caring for pets full time as early as next year!
