I grew up in home with dogs and cats. In my adulthood I’ve cared for many friends and families pets as well as having my own pets throughout the years. I’ve worked with puppies who need lotsa attention and senior dogs who require timed food/medication schedules.

Canaan was AMAZING! Very communicative and my pup loved her. She walked my doggy just about everyday and sat/played with her. My doggy looked more happy in the pictures than in our day to day life 😂🥰
Canaan provided great care while I was away. This was the first time I’ve used a pet sitter in my home while being away and she made sure I was kept up to date with how my elderly dog was doing with both pictures and notes plus additional messages. It was clear she had my pets health and happiness at the forefront of her care and I could not have asked for a better sitter. Would 100% recommend and hope to be able to request her services in the future :)
Canaan is wonderful! She provided detailed and timely updates on Hank with lots of photos. Our pup had a fantastic weekend with Canaan and her family!
Canaan was a fabulous sitter. Our dog Daisy took to her immediatley. I've never felt more comfortable leaving Daisy with a sitter. If you can book Canaan to watch your pet, do it.
Canaan was clearly well-prepared from the start — she had read all my instructions and was already familiar with Stella's schedule when I dropped her off. She had even taken extra steps to puppy-proof her home to keep Stella out of off-limit areas. Throughout the stay, she kept me at ease with frequent updates and adorable photos, and was completely accommodating when we needed to adjust our pickup time. At pickup, Stella ran straight to Canaan for a goodbye snuggle and tummy rub — which says it all. We'll definitely be booking with her again!
Cannan was amazing, we had a literally last minute cancellation for an entire week of cat sitting over the holidays. She was super quick to respond to our booking request and hopped on a phone call since we were already out of state and couldn’t do a walk through. Our kitties warmed up to her and we are so happy she was able to take care of them. Would definitely book again!!

Schedule
I am a mom to school aged kids and do a lot around the house to earn income which keeps my life fairly flexible. I can work within most peoples schedules and timing expectations.

I live in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac with a fenced in yard that opens to a park. I’m also very close to a handful of dog parks. The kids and I live a balanced life of activity and rest that we love to include pets in.
A typical day
I can accommodate most any type of dog and their energy level. Taking walks on the greenway or around the park are some of my favorite outings. I also have a great fenced in yard for free (but safe) range. My kids love to help burn energy by playing fetch or cuddling up for family movie nights.
