Pet care experience

Animal Lover & Veterinary Nurse

I am currently a student at the University of Arizona with 7 years of experience in the veterinary field, primarily in small animal emergency medicine. I grew up with a variety of pets, which is when I developed my love for animals. I currently have 2 dogs (a 13YO Dachshund & 6YO mixed breed) as well as a senior dog I am fostering from Pima Animal Care Center (PACC). Due to my experience in the veterinary field, I am comfortable administering medications and working with animals that require specific care. Our pets deserve all the love and attention in the world, which is what I hope to provide for your animals.

Camryn was reliable and followed all our instructions. She never saw our shy cat, but it was obvious she had provided for him well. She also took on caring for 7 tortoises and watered plants inside and out. Good job, Camryn. Thanks.😊

Cami takes great care of my yorkie. She’s attentive and always messages me at the end of the day with a recap of the day and any issues/behavior she spots with Rex. I appreciate her getting to know Rex and his temperament.

Cami had her first overnight stay with Rex and she was wonderful. Rex looked happy and well cared for on my return.

Camryn was so wonderful with my cat while we were out of town! He requires oral medication, which Camryn was able to provide. Our cat warmed up to her very quickly and she gave very detailed notes after each visit. I will definitely be using Camryn in the future!

Camryn was amazing with our dog, Lady! She dropped in while we were away and gave her so much love and attention. We came home to a happy pup and couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Camryn to anyone looking for a reliable person to care for your dog like you do!

Calendar and availability

Schedule

My daily schedule is very flexible, allowing me to work around you and your pet’s needs as much as possible. I am available every day of the week for dog walking, drop-in visits and/or house sitting.

Where your pet will stay

Home characteristics

Lives in a house
Has a fenced yard
Non-smoking household

Dogs allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 0-2 hours

Safety, trust & environment

I am able to come to your home to care for your pets and I can stay for extended periods of time or overnight, if needed. I drive an SUV that can fit a large kennel and has a special seat belt to ensure pet safety in case transportation is needed (i.e. dog parks, play dates, veterinary appointments, etc.).

Pets

A typical day

I typically walk the dogs in the morning and again in the evening (the length of the walk dependent on age/energy level). I have a bunch of toys/games to keep pets entertained throughout the day making sure that anything I offer the pet (toys/treats/games) has been approved by the owner. My main goal is to match the energy level and typical daily routine of the pet, whether that means playing fetch, laying on the couch all day, or anything in between.
