The sitter was on time and stayed for the full scheduled duration, which I appreciated. However, there were some important issues with the care provided. The cats’ water bowl was not cleaned and was slimy when I returned. The litter locker was also not emptied and was completely overflowing through the lid. Because the lid could no longer close, the house had a strong smell of cat waste when I arrived home. While I appreciate the sitter being punctual and staying for the full visit, these are basic aspects of care that I expected to be completed during the visit.

Camryn came everyday as scheduled. She fed our cats and cleaned the litter boxes. Perhaps I wasn’t clear enough-discussed in person and left a page of notes- but the cat fountain was not cleaned. It was brown and moldy on the inside and only had maybe 3 inches of water. There was also a water bowl by the fountain so hopefully that was filled with fresh water regularly.

Camryn is a lovely person who clearly loves animals. She is an excellent communicator and always responds quickly. We have her booked for another weekend later this month.

Camryn is a very caring and thoughtful animal lover. She is dependable and responsible, and makes sure her pets and those of others are well attended to and any needs are met. She completed a firefighter college program with very useful first aide and safety training. Camryn would be an excellent candidate for Rover.
