I’ve been dog/house sitting since I was about 12 years old. I went on to take Veterinary Medicine courses through my high school, while I interned at a local animal hospital. I then went on to work as a kennel tech at a boarding and daycare facility for a year, then moved to another vet to start putting my knowledge to the test! I am now enrolled and in my second year of online school to get my bachelors in Animal Health and Behavior, and I absolutely love my job as a vet tech assistant!

I have plenty experience in basic dog/cat health, including handling aggressive, overly energetic, or untrained pets, as well as “breakout artists”, who might be prone to fence-jumping or getting out of kennels. During my experience working as a kennel tech, I learned many different ways to handle an array of behaviors.

Schedule
I’m currently only working part time so I have more time for school, but I do have some extra time on my hands. There’s no better way to spend free time than playing with furry friends!
