I won’t be booking with him again, as the lack of responsiveness made me feel uncomfortable and unable to trust the arrangement. I understand that unexpected things can happen, but disappearing for an extended period without communication and not keeping in touch to maintain the agreed schedule when someone is responsible for caring for a dog is not something I’m comfortable with. Reliability and communication are very important to me when trusting someone with my pet.
So communicative and available ! Marisol was so happy and tired when she returned!
