I am recently unemployed and have therefore a lot of free time on my hands to take care of your companion and go on long walks with them. I am used to dog sit for several days in a row so I am used to sleepovers as well :)

I live with an other dog lover in the apartment. The building has a small courtyard and the neighbors are used to seeing me with dogs. So no security issues :)

I always like to know in advance if the dogs have any health issues, if they are reactive or stressed about certain things, if they are fine with dog parks or not, if they are fine with children (in case we pass by some), if they are fine with being pet by strangers or not (even though I usually try to avoid it to happen anyways, just in case), and what are your rules treat-wise (quantity/frequency). It helps me to get a full picture and know how to anticipate certain trigger with potential reactive dogs. But I trust you to give me the important details you think I need to know :)

I have the chance to live in a very quiet area and there are lots of green areas around so I would usually walk the dogs there, also to tempelhof or along the canal. I gladly go to dog parks to let the dog run in all freedom and security (with some dog toys for more fun :)) I am also very happy to just go for long walks on the leash if your dog is reactive, or to go to the woods if the weather allows it!

Hello dear dog parent! I have been living in Berlin for about 13 years and been dog sitting for almost as many years. There is literally nothing in the world that brings me more joy than animals do, but I guess I always had a little extra spark for dogs :) I love to spend quality time with them and build a trustworthy relation while giving them all my love. I make a priority to understand and see them as their own beings, with their personality traits, their feelings and their fears as well. I was working from home so far but will soon be unemployed, so I will have even more time to enjoy fully your dog's company and properly get to know them. I live in Neukölln so I usually walk them around in parks (there are quite a few around me) or even in the woods (ex: Planterwald) when the weather is allowing it. As a side (but important!) note, I'm always using the positive reinforcement method as it is important for me to build trust with dogs and respect their pace/character. I'm also experienced with reactive dogs (I just need to be warned, of course, of the possible triggers) and dogs who need medication. If that resonates with you feel free to contact me. Mio is a bit shy and not so much into strangers, but was happy to meet Camille and seemed happy and relaxed whith her. He will definetly stay with Camille again. I really loved the foto and video updates I received from Camille without even asking, that gave me a very good feeling :-)
