Hey, I’m Cam, artist, cat mum, and part-time animal translator (tho I cannot share what I'm told). I offer walks, pet sitting, boarding, drop-ins, play time, pee breaks, the whole deal. I live in Haarlem with my judgmental but very cute cat Spencer, and regularly care for my parents' 2 cats and dog in Heemstede. Important note: My appartment is only accessible with stairs. I’ve looked after anxious rescues (all of my pets growing up, including a bunny and frogs, were rescues), hyper puppies, aloof old cats, and pets with meds or weird habits. I adapt to the animal, not the other way around. Your furry fam sets the vibe, I just roll with it. I work remotely most days, don’t smoke, and I’m not secretly trying to become a dog or cat influencer. I send honest updates, treat your house with respect, and make sure your pet feels safe, stimulated, and not lonely while you’re gone. Basically: I’m the sitter I’d want for Spencer. It is important for me to always set clear expectations on both ends of what pet cares means to you. I am happy to discuss special circumstances for your pet and find an arrangement that suits their care the best. Let’s do a meet & greet. If your pet doesn’t like me, I’ll take the L. Important Notice for housesitting - constant care (if your pet can never be left alone or not for longer than 1h for example) must be agreed upon in advance with sufficient lead time and for a for a higher fee. I am not always able to accomodate for constant care.
