There are very few people I trust completely with Timmy, my special needs dog, and Camilla has exceeded every expectation imaginable. Caring for a dog with medical and behavioral needs is not simple or convenient. It requires patience, consistency, attentiveness, compassion, and the ability to follow detailed routines without cutting corners. Camilla handled all of it with an incredible level of professionalism and genuine care. She provided both daily drop-in visits and overnight sleepovers for my dog, and from the very beginning, she approached his care as if he were her own. She managed complex medication schedules and administration routines flawlessly, paid close attention to his comfort and behavior, and kept me updated in a way that gave me real peace of mind while I was away. Anyone who has a special needs animal understands the level of anxiety that can come with leaving them in someone else’s care, and Camilla completely eased that fear for me. Reliable, communicative, compassionate, detail-oriented and deeply trustworthy are all words I would use to describe her, but even those don’t fully capture how grateful I am for the care she has provided to my beloved Timmy and my household. Finding someone capable of handling medically complex animals is rare. Finding someone who does it with this much warmth and dedication is even rarer. I cannot recommend Camilla highly enough to anyone looking for exceptional pet care. My animals adore her, and so do I.
