I work from home and have a very flexible routine during the week and on weekends, which allows me to spend plenty of time with the dogs I care for. Most of what I need, such as the supermarket, gym, courses, pharmacy, and daily errands, is very close to my home, so when I do need to go out, my outings are usually short and quick. This helps me offer a calm, reliable routine with lots of presence, attention, and care throughout the day.

I have experience caring for senior dogs and dogs who need a gentler pace, extra attention, or a quieter environment. Your dog will be my only guest, receiving exclusive attention and care throughout their stay. *** I speak: English, Spanish, German and Portuguese *** I have hands-on experience with puppies, senior dogs, and dogs with special needs. Dogs have been part of my life for more than 20 years. My dogs have always been true members of the family, and caring for them has always been much more than a responsibilitity, has been a privilege. I shared my life with two beloved dogs who lived long, happy lives. My most recent dog was with us for 11 wonderful years and, during her senior years, required daily medical care, so I have hands-on experience with senior dogs, including eye drops, etc. and close observation of her comfort and wellbeing. These experiences taught me how important patience, routine, affection and emotional comfort are for dogs. I work from home, which means dogs in my care receive companionship and supervision throughout the day. My husband and I live in a calm apartment in the heart of Barcelona, in a safe and easily accessible area close to parks and veterinary services. We currently do not have pets, allowing your dog to enjoy a peaceful environment and our full attention. As a psychologist, I naturally bring empathy, patience and attentiveness to the way I care for animals. I understand that every dog has their own personality, habits and emotional needs, and I do my best to make them feel safe, loved and at home. My goal is simple: to care for your dog with the same love, respect and dedication that I gave to my own.

We found Camila before she even joined the platform and she always provided us with a personalised experience. Barto, our 6-year-old dog, has stayed with her multiple times since. At this point, she’s just our person. Barto has pancreatitis and can be shy, so his diet and routine need to be followed carefully, no shortcuts. Camila never makes us feel like that’s a burden, she asks the right questions, remembers the details, and follows instructions exactly. She works from home, only hosts one dog at a time, and her husband is around too. For a sensitive dog, that calm and consistent presence makes all the difference. Barto isn’t just being watched, he’s comfortable. She sends updates throughout without us asking. Enough to fully switch off and enjoy the trip. We trust Camila completely and wouldn’t look anywhere else.
