I have a lot of free time this summer as I'm still looking for a part-time job and won't be back in school until the end of August.

I've grown up surrounded by animals all my life, so I understand that each unique animal requires just as unique levels of care. I am respectful of other people's spaces in the case of house-sitting as I care for your furry friend(s). I'm very patient with animals, and make sure to follow any specific instructions from owners to ensure everyone is safe and happy.

Ein typischer Tag
In my history of dog-sitting, I've learned to be patient with more shy or older dogs. Things like a calm walk or time spent outside de-stresses them around a new person. If they have a favorite toy with them, it makes acclimating even better. I've also worked with energetic pups which I like to bring to the park or beach or just have them run around - and I always make sure to ask the owner if they're comfortable with me taking their pet anywhere that isn't a simple neighborhood walk.

Hi! I'm Camila, and I've spent the majority of my life surrounded by all kinds of different animals (guinea pigs, turtles, lizards, dogs, cats, etc.). I love to spend time with them. I love dogs of all sizes, and have personal experience with administering shots if necessary. My old dog, Kimo, was diabetic and needed insulin shots after his meals. I also used to volunteer at the Friends of Cats non-euthanizing cat shelter where I fed, cleaned after, and played with countless kitties. I can confidently look after and care for your furry friend! I am available for drop-in visits, walking your dog, or look after your pet overnight.

Camila was great. Sent me photos to let me know how Lola was doing It was the first time we had left her so I was anxious but her texts and photos eased my anxiety. She also went the extra mile, literally, and took Lola to the beach because I had mentioned that was Lola’s favorite thing to do. 5 stars in my book!!!
I've known Camila for a while and she has great experience caring for pets. We've volunteered together a few times at a local animal shelter and she always puts great care and effort in her work. She is responsible, sweet, and great with animals (including my dog, Remo) and I highly recommend her for help!
