We have a fully fenced-in backyard, so when pets visit our home, they have a safe outdoor space to play and relax. We also have a finished basement that can serve as a comfortable, separate area for pets who do better without other animals—since we have two friendly cats of our own. When I’m caring for pets in their own home, I’m always respectful, responsible, and treat your space as if it were my own. Most importantly, I care for every pet as if they were part of my family—with patience, attention, and genuine love.

A typical day
I love keeping dogs active and happy! We go on long walks through our neighborhood, explore the beautiful Metroparks trails, and—if they’re friendly with other dogs—visit our brand new local dog park for some social fun. At home, we’ll play plenty of games like fetch and tug-of-war, and I have lots of toys to keep them entertained. If your pup has a favorite toy from home, I definitely encourage you to bring it—it helps them feel comfortable and right at home!

I’ve cared for pets of all ages and personalities—from energetic puppies learning their first commands to sweet senior dogs who need a little extra patience and care. I’m comfortable with basic training like sit, shake, lay down, and enough, and I always make sure training stays fun and positive. I also have hands-on experience giving medication to senior pups and even caring for my own cat who has asthma—I administer his inhaler twice a day. So whether your pet needs structure, gentle support, or a calm routine, I’m here to make sure they’re happy, healthy, and loved like one of my own.

Cameron did a fantastic job with our two dogs. He was communicative with us while we were out of town and proactively sent us updates on what was going on. He took great care of our house as well. I would definitely refer him to a friend and plan on working with him again in the future.
Cameron is one of the logical and compassionate people I know! You ever met someone that you just liked? Like hey, " that's a good dude right there"! That's Cameron! Whether its getting a task done or planning out a task to be done, He is always trying to go the extra mile. I've only known this gentle soul for a few years now but I've never seen him back down from a challenge or lose his cool. He is excellent with cats and dogs. I've never seen him engage with a chinchilla but im sure he would make friends quick those skidish pets as well. No doubt in my mind!
Cameron is an amazing pet caregiver! He’s been with my dog Rex for the past year, being with him at least 2-3 times per week. He’s so nurturing, loving and personable and Rex just absolutely LOVES HIM!!! He jumps at the sound of Cameron’s name!! 10/10 services, absolutely recommend if you’re looking for someone trustworthy & respectful with your animals.
Cameron has been watching my cats for about three years now, and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. He has always been a responsible and respectful pet sitter while we’re away. One of my cats has asthma and requires his inhaler twice a day — which can be quite a challenge! But Cameron always manages it with patience, kindness, and genuine care. It’s such a relief knowing my pets are in such capable and loving hands. I’m so excited to see that he has started his own business, Peace of Mind Pup Club, so that other families can experience the same comfort and trust we have over the years. Cameron will always treat your pets as if they’re his own!
