Hello! My name is Cameron, and everyone who knows me knows I love animals (especially dogs!). I work from home and have another dog-loving, work from home roommate, so someone will always be home to play with your pet. I've been doing Rover for 4 years and have experience with all different breeds, sizes, ages, and needs. I'm a punctual person and take pet care very seriously. Ultimately, I am a passionate animal lover (vegan of many years and am involved in animal rights activism) and will treat your fur-baby with all the love and respect they deserve :)

Cameron is great!!! She follows all instructions, gives detailed updates, and leaves my apartment spotless (even after 5 nights!). My dog always looks so happy and comfortable with her in the photos she sends. Highly recommend!!
Cameron was amazing!!!! She took great care of Gerald when I was traveling and needed someone to board him last minute. She understood I was anxious about leaving him with someone he hadn’t met before and gave very detailed updates every morning. Gerald can be a picky eater and Cameron gave me updates about how much he was eating every day and tried mixing in various different foods to try get him to eat (which worked!). It‘s clear Cameron really cares about the dogs in her care and I would recommend her to anyone!!

Once again, Cameron did a great job with our two large dogs! She communicates updates and pictures well and they both clearly love her. She was able to do immunotherapy injections. We came back to a perfectly clean home and happy/healthy pups. Thank you!

Cameron agreed to care for Rosie last minute and Rosie loved Cameron. She gave lots of cuddles and kisses and even took her to a cafe. Can’t recommend enough!!

Schedule
I'm a homebody who works from home with another WFH roommate, so I can guarantee that your fur baby will be cared for 24/7. I love incorporating dog walking/boarding into my routine and even taking them to dog-friendly events if the dog is interested. My schedule is very flexible and I'm usually available for same-day bookings!

I'm an early-riser who loves routines and can stick to a consistent exercise/feeding schedule. When sitting/boarding, I can ensure your dog is let out frequently, fed regularly, and getting lots of attention. I’ll take them for long walks in the sun or snuggle inside when it's cold. As much as I love to play games and snuggle with pets when they're missing their owner, it's important to me that I cater to the animal's desires to make them comfortable. Whether your pet is active, lazy, shy, aggressive, or in need of a good round of fetch at Tompkins Square dog park, their safety and happiness is my top priority. I understand that every dog is different and will work to accommodate their preferences. Additionally, I adore taking photos of pets and I'd be happy to share photo updates of our time together. You can rest easy knowing your pet is safe, loved, and having a great time! Please note that I have moved from the East Village to Little Italy, and most of the photos on my profile are from my old apartment.
A typical day
I would love to exercise your dog mentally and physically. I would be more than happy to take them to Tompinks Square dog park to play games and interact with other dogs. If your dog is particularly social, I can take them to my dog-friendly rock climbing gym! Or, if your dog is more timid, I can find them to a quiet, empty park so that they can sniff around stress-free! I love to play indoors as well and try trick-training. If interested, I'd love to take your dog with me on my weekly jogs at the John V. Lindsay East River Park Track.
