Pet care is a natural part of my daily and weekly routine! I have a hybrid work schedule, which means I'm home most of the week and only go into the office two days. This allows me to be present and attentive, giving pets the love, care, and attention they need throughout the day—whether it’s for walks, feeding, playtime, or just keeping them company. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and love incorporating pet care into my everyday life.

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, my priority is always to make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and comfortable. I tailor my care based on the pet’s routine and needs, whether that means sticking to a specific feeding schedule, giving medication, going on regular walks, or simply spending quality time playing or cuddling. When pets stay in my home, they’re treated like part of the family. I provide a clean, safe, and pet-friendly environment with plenty of attention and affection throughout the day. For in-home visits or house sitting, I’m respectful of my client’s space and aim to keep things as close to the pet’s normal routine as possible to help reduce stress while their owner is away. No matter the setting, I focus on clear communication, reliable care, and lots of love to give pet parents peace of mind.

It’s important for me to know as much as possible about your pet ahead of time so I can provide the best care. I always like to know their daily routine, energy level, any medical conditions or allergies, and if they’re on any medications. It’s also helpful to know how they do on walks, around other dogs or people, and if they have any fears, anxieties, or behaviors I should be aware of. The more I know, the more I can ensure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away!
A typical day
I love keeping pets happy, active, and engaged! Depending on their energy level and preferences, we might go for walks, play fetch, or just enjoy some backyard or indoor playtime. For more mellow pets, I’m happy to provide cozy cuddle sessions and lots of gentle attention. I always adjust activities to suit each pet’s age, personality, and comfort level—whether it’s a high-energy puppy who needs play and stimulation or a senior dog who enjoys slow strolls and quiet companionship.

What sets me apart from other sitters is my lifelong experience and genuine passion for caring for dogs. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 15 years old, and over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to care for dogs of all ages—from playful puppies to senior companions. I’ve personally house trained all of my own dogs growing up, so I’m very comfortable with helping reinforce good habits and routines. In addition to puppy training, I’m also attentive to the special needs of senior dogs, including slower-paced walks, medication schedules, and making sure they’re comfortable and well-cared for. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs so they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.

Cameron was amazing with our basenji puppy, who can be a little tough to handle. He was patient, calm, and really knew how to manage the situation. We felt totally at ease knowing our pup was in good hands. Highly recommend!
Cameron took care of our dog for a week. He did an amazing job! His professionalism and care was beyond my expectations! I highly recommend Cameron and we definitely will have him take care of our dog the next time we are out of town.
Cameron has been a house sitter for me on multiple occasions. I have two geriatric cats and they are super fussy about everything! Cameron does a great job of making sure their needs are met while I am out of town. He makes sure they get the right amount of water added to their wet food so they don't get constipated. He cleans the cat box daily because they won't use it if it is super dirty. He even waters my plants and takes in my mail. He's also very sweet and kind and communicates with me about my cats after he comes by. I highly recommend him for any job concerning pets that you have!
