We have about 21k sqft of back yard of which about 10k is fenced. I own an 18 month black lab that is very playful, yet very gentle with his furry friends and humans, as well as two cats that generally keep to themselves and out of the way. At night and when away from the home, our pup enjoys his quiet time in his kennel. Crate/Kennel trained dogs are preferred as to ensure their safety and security when direct monitoring is not feasible.
