(Available to the greater Kona, Captain Cook area) ⏳ Drop-in Visit if you are away for an extended period of time and your pet needs a check in. 🏡 Professional Pet, Home and Farm Care-Taking I offer skilled home/farm care-taking anywhere on Hawaii Island! (Ask me about my varied experience and what I can offer) I love to keep you informed with pictures and updates as well as carryover any training or routines you are currently working on with your pet(s). I have experience in assisting animals who have health concerns, and provide detailed updates, photos and administer medication as needed. My hope is that when you return home, you’ll find your pets enriched and relaxed, and your home just as you left it, or shinier! ✨ 💸 If you are new to Rover, make sure to inquire about my $20 off code for first time clients! 🐩 I offer additional services such as grooming and nail trims upon request. 🐾 🎉 Locked in rates and discounts are available for repeat and routine clients. 💲Price is adjustable depending on each unique situation. So thankful to have Callista pop in and take care of our cat while we are away. It can be hard finding people you can trust to watch your animals, but it is clear that she has a lot of experience pet sitting and treats pets like she would her own. We will definitely use her again!

Schedule
I spent my 20’s in Oregon working on organic farms, apiaries, goat dairies and wineries for crush harvest. I’ve been a homesteader and became known in my community as the local farm sitter! Into my late 20’s, I went to college to study Occupational Therapy. For the last 7 years, I provided rehabilitation therapy to my patients in the acute setting in the largest hospital system in Oregon. Now on Hawai’i, I knew it was time to combine my extensive experience in both fields, providing tailored services to meet my clients individualized needs. I work independently providing personal training, wellness coaching, and farm/pet care on a flexible schedule. I love exploring the island and care-taking your little corner of the world while you’re away, and helping you improve and meet your health and wellness goals while you’re here! - We will discuss any peculiarities around feeding, being on a leash and what you may be working on with your pet. I have worked with many behavioral animals and meet your pet where they are at in their training. I am keen to their signals and know when to come in closer, or provide space. We will discuss any triggers for your animal and strategies for calming and comforting as many animals experience some amount of stress when their owners are away. I am familiar administering medications whether it’s oral, subcutaneous injections, or insulin. I want to know all the details to ensure your pet is receiving optimal care while you’re away.
